The Hudson Jazz Workshop is a weekend immersion in Jazz improvisation and composition, with two of today's leading practitioners of duo playing, Armen Donelian and Marc Mommaas. We offer a supportive and focused atmosphere conducive to intensive study and mutual encouragement, through individual and group instruction, jam sessions and a faculty/student concert. Enrollment is limited to 10 participants. Scholarship support is available. Wholesome meals are freshly prepared. Our Special Guest on August 9 is Grammy-nominated Trumpeter/Educator Claudio Roditi.
